Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
